CRM and Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day health of the Dynamics 365 CRM module, including user onboarding, offboarding, and environment configuration
• Analyse existing CRM processes, data flows, and integrations to identify and implement improvements
• Act as the lead functional contact for third-party developers, scoping requirements and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Monitor and action changes to master data to ensure alignment with business quality standards
• Audit key fields to maintain data integrity for cross-platform reporting between CRM and other systems of record
• Combine CRM data with ERP and external datasets to provide a holistic view of business performance and identify trends
• Design and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to enable stakeholder self-service analysis

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Data Science, Analytics, or IT
• Proven experience blending data from multiple sources, including CRM, ERP, and external files
• Advanced MS Excel skills for managing large and complex datasets
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical methods to draw conclusions and create forecasts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into commercial language (Margin, Growth, etc.)
• Cybersecurity awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience managing SaaS platforms and "low-code" tools
