CRM and Brand Communications Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and organization of New Holland and Case IH stands at national shows and events, including marketing materials, staffing, and machinery requirements.
• Assist in organizing dealer training sessions, managing bookings, timetables, and catering.
• Track current marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Contribute creative ideas for major publications and events.
• Support CRM activities, reporting, and dealer training on sales systems.
• Assist in overseeing the customer experience and journey.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong computer literacy, with specific proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• A creative eye for brand communications.
