About the role
Responsibilities
- Pull and verify campaign data from CRM platforms and analytics systems
- Produce regular campaign performance reports and portfolio-level summaries
- Track trends such as open rates, click rates, conversion, and retention impact
- Create and maintain dashboards for CRM/Lifecycle Lead PMs
- Support the design of A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring methodological soundness
- Maintain an experimentation log to prevent conflicting tests
- Define and maintain segment definitions (VIP, New Player, etc.) across the portfolio
- Validate targeting attributes and partner with Data Engineering to resolve quality issues
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing analytics, CRM analytics, or a related data role
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience with BI or reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance
- Ability to communicate data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with event tracking tools like Segment, Snowflake, or BigQuery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in gaming, apps, or retention-driven consumer products
- Experience in gaming as a player or operations manager
