Cabify believes a new way of urban mobility is possible through an ecosystem that allows for fewer private cars, more sustainable vehicles, and more efficient routes.

Responsibilities

  • Define, execute, and iterate CRM strategies based on business objectives
  • Ensure CRM strategy aligns with full-funnel goals across awareness, acquisition, and engagement channels
  • Analyze CRM strategy results to identify opportunities for improvement and testing
  • Manage planning, quality control, execution, and delivery of communication campaigns
  • Coordinate with global and local Marketing and Growth teams for production needs
  • Act as an expert in Braze or similar marketing automation tools to optimize processes
  • Maintain the integrity and efficiency of the local CRM database to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in related roles
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Braze preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Copywriting knowledge
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid
