About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Insider for audience building and multichannel journeys
- Translate CRM strategies into tactical and operational executions aligned with BTG and Mosaico objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders to define strategies and prioritize demands
- Ensure organization and visibility of deliveries, tracking progress and meeting deadlines
- Conduct operational rituals and follow-ups with planning teams autonomously
Requirements
- Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Insider
- Proficiency in SQL (Query Activities), Journey Builder, Automations, and Content Builder
- Ability to translate business needs into operational CRM executions
- Experience organizing demands in tools like Azure DevOps or similar
- Strong communication skills for direct stakeholder interaction
- Organized profile with autonomy for prioritization and task management
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the financial market
- Experience with renegotiation, collection, or credit operations
- Experience working in agile environments (squads with defined rituals)
