About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer AstraZeneca CRM platforms, including Veeva, Reltio, and FX Hub, to manage medical files and sales force structures.
- Maintain and update databases by managing account creations, deletions, and information modifications.
- Provide functional support to various business units, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Access, Medical, and Diagnostics.
- Train users on CRM processes such as ABM, Execution, and MM.
- Participate in the implementation of global CRM-related projects.
- Drive process automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate reports and update dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Power Apps to support decision-making and track sales force performance.
- Prepare executive summaries regarding medical sample management processes.
Requirements
- Professional degree or license (Título/Cédula profesional).
- Proven experience in CRM management.
- Strong understanding and management of databases.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Intermediate English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience managing high-volume databases.
