CRM Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer AstraZeneca CRM platforms, including Veeva, Reltio, and FX Hub, to manage medical files and sales force structures.
• Maintain and update databases by managing account creations, deletions, and information modifications.
• Provide functional support to various business units, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Access, Medical, and Diagnostics.
• Train users on CRM processes such as ABM, Execution, and MM.
• Participate in the implementation of global CRM-related projects.
• Drive process automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Generate reports and update dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Power Apps to support decision-making and track sales force performance.
• Prepare executive summaries regarding medical sample management processes.

Requirements

• Professional degree or license (Título/Cédula profesional).
• Proven experience in CRM management.
• Strong understanding and management of databases.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Intermediate English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience managing high-volume databases.
