CRM Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of HubSpot following a structured handover
• Enter, update, and maintain contact, company, and deal records with high accuracy
• Run regular data cleanup including merging duplicates and fixing formatting inconsistencies
• Monitor data quality and suggest practical improvements to address errors
• Perform bulk imports and exports, including data validation and deduplication
• Maintain field definitions, picklist values, and naming conventions
• Support the setup of lists, segments, and basic workflows
• Assist colleagues with HubSpot questions and onboarding
• Produce simple reports on data quality and CRM usage
• Document work and prepare a clear handover for the permanent role holder

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working with a CRM, ideally HubSpot
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently
• Structured and process-driven approach to repetitive tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of data privacy principles and GDPR
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
• Availability to start in September and commit to the full 12-month contract

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot certifications (CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub)
• Experience with data enrichment services or deduplication tools
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboards in HubSpot
