Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance operational excellence
- Define, develop, and implement scalable sales, marketing, and student success support systems
- Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot CRM
- Lead attribution infrastructure including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and Ad platforms
- Integrate platforms such as GTM, GA4, and HubSpot with third-party tools
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for decision-making
- Write and maintain documentation for operational processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business, Sales, or Success Operations
- Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM
- Experience in a startup environment, ideally with teams under 50 employees
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 5 days a week in-office in Gramercy, NYC
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience in project or program management
