Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance operational excellence
  • Define, develop, and implement scalable sales, marketing, and student success support systems
  • Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot CRM
  • Lead attribution infrastructure including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and Ad platforms
  • Integrate platforms such as GTM, GA4, and HubSpot with third-party tools
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for decision-making
  • Write and maintain documentation for operational processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business, Sales, or Success Operations
  • Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM
  • Experience in a startup environment, ideally with teams under 50 employees
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in-office in Gramercy, NYC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Experience in project or program management
