CRM Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of CRM acquisition journeys including lead generation, onboarding, and activation
• Execute and optimize acquisition campaigns across owned CRM channels
• Manage day-to-day operations including briefing, build, testing, and deployment
• Monitor acquisition performance and provide insights to inform optimization
• Manage the Preference Centre and customer profile enrichment strategy
• Apply AI-enabled capabilities and data-driven insights to improve targeting and conversion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Loyalty, and Technology teams
• Manage and support officers and contractors to ensure quality delivery
• Own weekly acquisition reporting and performance analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, digital marketing, or customer acquisition
• Experience in airline, travel, or e-commerce environments preferred
• Hands-on experience with email, push notifications, or similar CRM channels
• Strong understanding of CRM segmentation and personalization
• Proven copywriting and visual storytelling skills for CRM campaigns
• Technical experience with platforms like Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret funnel performance data
