Critical Incident Response Team Agent

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess alerts from global intelligence, safety, and security systems
• Conduct routine lobby and facility patrols to ensure safety and compliance
• Manage employee and guest badging using systems like Genetec or Lenel S2
• Triage incidents and determine escalation requirements per CIRT protocols
• De-escalate situations involving employees, vendors, and guests
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Legal, Comms) and external emergency services
• Maintain inventory of first aid kits, AEDs, and emergency response materials
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and documentation using Jira
• Support local events and executive protection details

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in emergency management, public safety, dispatch, or GSOC
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
• Advanced First Aid training (EMT preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in emergency management, criminal justice, or related field
• Proficiency in English (additional languages like Spanish, French, or Mandarin are a plus)
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong analytical and situational awareness skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Everbridge, Dataminr, or OnSolve
• Experience with access control systems like Genetel or Lenel S2
