Critical Environment (CE) Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Establish technical training delivery and perform workforce training needs analysis to support datacenters.
• Deliver single to multi-day training experiences in-person or virtually using presentations, labs, and simulations.
• Build awareness of the latest technologies and incorporate them into current learning experiences.
• Apply classroom management techniques to ensure content and concepts are understood and aligned with operational goals.
• Create a supportive learning environment and monitor learner progress to reinforce important concepts.
• Evaluate and report on training activities using relevant metrics such as survey feedback and cloud consumption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, System Engineering, Information Systems, Education, Adult Learning, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, or datacenter environments.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical training or datacenter operations.
• Hands-on experience maintaining facility cooling, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
• Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), or Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS).
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Certification.
• Experience using AI technologies in professional workstreams.
