Critical Care Nurse - Clinical Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource and application knowledge expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) customers.
• Facilitate solution design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of monitoring products.
• Manage clinical implementation aspects, including workflow assessment, education planning, and equipment training.
• Partner with field service, sales, and project management teams to ensure successful go-live processes.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems by applying product and clinical knowledge to technical implementations.
• Travel approximately 90% of the time across the district, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment.
• Clinical experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, or PICU settings.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in adult education delivery.
• High-risk labor and delivery experience.
• Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) certification.
