About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical resource and application knowledge expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) customers.
- Facilitate solution design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of monitoring products.
- Manage clinical implementation aspects, including workflow assessment, education planning, and equipment training.
- Partner with field service, sales, and project management teams to ensure successful go-live processes.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems by applying product and clinical knowledge to technical implementations.
- Travel approximately 90% of the time across the district, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment.
- Clinical experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, or PICU settings.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in adult education delivery.
- High-risk labor and delivery experience.
- Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications.
- Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) certification.
