Crisis Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform weekday crisis services according to CCBYS guidelines
• Maintain accurate data, notes, and documentation in the GOALS database
• Coordinate cases, provide therapeutic follow-up, and connect clients to resources
• Collaborate and provide outreach to agencies such as DCFS, police, and psychiatric hospitals
• Assist in developing community training, staff in-service training, and program policies
• Represent the agency at external networking meetings
• Coordinate the gathering of program outcome data

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral or social science (social work, sociology, psychology, or related discipline)
• Ability to work weekday hours between 9am and 5pm

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a crisis worker
