About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming contacts and requests for crisis and healthcare services
- Screen and triage incoming crisis requests using risk assessment tools
- Coordinate care via outbound calls, emails, text, or chat
- Provide health education and community resources
- Document all interactions in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Adhere to call center policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum GED or High School diploma
- Four years of full-time behavioral health work experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience (Master's + 1 year, Bachelor's + 1 year, or Associate + 2 years)
- Must reside in Arizona
- Must have a stable home internet connection with Ethernet cabling (no Wi-Fi)
- Minimum 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a behavioral health professional
- Contact center or call center experience
