Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants during all stages of kidnapping and incident management
• Organise and maintain accurate, confidential case files and documentation
• Conduct research on global kidnapping trends and legal frameworks
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and law enforcement stakeholders
• Participate in simulated training exercises to hone negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Background in Law Enforcement or Police work
• South African citizenship
• Age between 26 and 40 years old
• Valid driver's licence
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Excellent command of the English language
• High emotional intelligence and resilience
• Ability to work under extreme pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing experience in kidnapping and incident management
• Strong professional business communication skills
