Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants during all stages of kidnapping and incident management
- Organise and maintain accurate, confidential case files and documentation
- Conduct research on global kidnapping trends and legal frameworks
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and law enforcement stakeholders
- Participate in simulated training exercises to hone negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Background in Law Enforcement or Police work
- South African citizenship
- Age between 26 and 40 years old
- Valid driver's licence
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent command of the English language
- High emotional intelligence and resilience
- Ability to work under extreme pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing experience in kidnapping and incident management
- Strong professional business communication skills
