Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants during all stages of kidnapping and incident management
• Organise and maintain confidential case files, reports, and documentation
• Conduct research on global kidnapping trends and legal frameworks
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and law enforcement under guidance
• Participate in simulated training exercises to hone negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• South African citizen
• Age between 26 and 40 years old
• Valid driver's licence
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
• Ability to work under extreme pressure and think critically
• Professional conduct and presentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a Security Professional (CPO/Tactical Response)
