Crimping Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle automatic, bench top, and hydraulic crimping machines
• Perform crimp applicator validation and crimp press calibration
• Conduct quality checks including dimensional measurement, visual examination, and cross-section measurement
• Execute headroom testing, crimp force testing, and crimp resistance measurement
• Manage Ultra Sonic Welding machine handling and slow motion test setup preparation
• Maintain related equipment according to established maintenance lists
• Manage terminal and wire stock handling

Requirements

• Technical High school degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in wire harness production
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing)
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
