Crew Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technician scheduling, including tracking availability and confirming staffing for upcoming shows
• Administer training programs by scheduling sessions, assigning requirements, and monitoring compliance and expiration dates
• Maintain accurate workforce records, including licenses, travel documents, and training certifications
• Act as a key liaison between technicians, the Production department, and the Travel and Freight team
• Resolve crew issues, adjust staffing levels as necessary, and provide on-call support for scheduling changes or no-shows
• Create and distribute show rate sheets and verify technician pay accuracy upon show completion

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in labor coordination, workforce scheduling, or training administration
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with training compliance and credential tracking
• Professional communication skills for interacting with internal staff, technicians, and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the entertainment or live events industry
• Experience using NetSuite or similar enterprise resource planning systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
