Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Serve customers following established service standards and front counter procedures
• Prepare high-quality food products consistently by following specific recipes and procedures
• Clean and organize workstations and assigned areas to maintain restaurant image standards
• Practice safety and security procedures as defined by company policy and government agencies
• Operate kitchen equipment including sheeter machines, mixers, microwaves, and cash registers
• Work cooperatively with team members and management to achieve restaurant goals

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
• Ability to stand, squat, and remain active for long periods of time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and product specifications
• Must be able to provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
