Crew Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of crew personnel, including sourcing, vetting, contracting, onboarding, deployment, and offboarding
• Partner with the Project Talent Specialist to align workforce planning and deployment strategies with operational demands
• Oversee travel and accommodation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective crew mobilization
• Act as an internal consultant to support business units in defining crew requirements and optimizing resource allocation
• Maintain standardized processes, accurate documentation, and clear communication across all stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Crew Manager, Workforce Manager, or Resource Manager within the live event industry
• Extensive experience in live events, exhibitions, or large-scale experiential projects
• Expertise in workforce management, including freelance talent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Hands-on experience working in the Middle East (primarily UAE and KSA) or Germany markets
• Strong knowledge of crew logistics, including travel, accommodation, and visa coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for collaborating with multicultural teams
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, project-based environment, including travel when required
