Crew Lead Electrician

Responsibilities

• Personally troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and battery system failures in the field
• Perform rework to ensure installs pass inspection and meet internal quality benchmarks
• Meet inspectors and AHJs in the field to resolve issues in real time
• Onboard and provide hands-on training for new installation crews
• Maintain deep mastery of Base hardware, NEC Codes, and general electrical principles
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for urgent electrical issues

Requirements

• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license
• 4+ years of relevant electrical work experience
• Experience with battery backups, EV chargers, or whole-home generators
• Ability to explain technical concepts to crews, inspectors, and homeowners
