Crew Lead - Concrete/Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew of 2-4 people to complete structure rehabilitation tasks
• Rehabilitate structures using cementitious coating, hydraulic/chemical grout, and fiberglass inserts
• Remove and replace manhole frames and covers
• Build new manhole benches and inverts
• Seal and stop infiltration around pipe connections, seams, and cracks
• Install various frame seal products

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid US Driver's License with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-hire background check, drug screen, and physical
• Ability to travel overnight frequently (>75%)
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds frequently
• Ability to work regular overtime hours
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and industrial environments (confined spaces, noise, dust)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous concrete and/or construction experience
• Experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, jackhammers, and concrete saws
• Commercial Driver License (CDL)
