About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a crew of supported and non-supported employees delivering property maintenance services
- Mentor and train team members to build skills and confidence, specifically those facing employment barriers
- Perform hands-on tasks including landscaping, cleaning, painting, and test & tag
- Champion safe work practices and ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations
- Drive efficient service delivery for all property maintenance projects
Requirements
- Expertise in landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate commercial equipment such as ride-on mowers, pressure washers, and bobcats/dingos
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Valid Driver's licence
- Current First Aid certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
