Crew Accommodation Agent

Responsibilities

• Book hotel accommodations for flight attendants, pilot crews, and other airline employees
• Handle emergency last-minute crew relocations in coordination with the shift supervisor
• Source suitable and compliant hotel markets when contracted hotels are unavailable or sold out
• Work closely with client Crew Scheduling groups to satisfy operational requirements
• Accurately register all reservation information, agreements, and approvals in the TA Connections system
• Process payments to hotel and transportation vendors according to contractual terms
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve problems and expedite work

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crew scheduling, hotel operations, or the airline industry
• Ability to work onsite in an office environment in Tulsa, OK
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
• Strong PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm and proficient internet navigation
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, high-pressure, and deadline-oriented environment
• Proven ability to multitask and solve problems independently while contributing to a team
