Creeler

Responsibilities

• Load bobbins of fiber onto creels, ensuring proper alignment to supply tufting machines
• Monitor fiber supply during production and replace empty bobbins promptly to minimize downtime
• Inspect fiber for quality and remove defective material before it enters the production process
• Assist tufting operators with yarn-related issues during production
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure correct fiber types, colors, and amounts are used
• Maintain a clean, organized creeling area while following all safety procedures and industry regulations

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle 10 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail regarding yarn quality and machine setup
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with operators and supervisors
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, specifically with creels or tufting machines
