Credit/AR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer invoicing processes for Teads France ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize recurring invoicing workflows
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Accounting to resolve billing disputes and claims
• Monitor customer receivables and overdue balances using modern finance systems and AI tools
• Follow up with customers and agencies to ensure timely payments and improve DSO
• Contribute to the deployment of the French e-invoicing reform and transition to new tools
• Prepare documentation for internal and external auditors regarding AR balances and compliance
• Support SOX compliance and monthly bad debt provision analysis
• Contribute to short-term cash forecasting and receivable movement insights

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in credit management, customer invoicing, AR accounting, or finance operations
• Strong intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills for data manipulation
• Comfort navigating modern ERP and finance software
• Solid understanding of customer receivables, aging balances, and basic accounting principles
• Native or fluent French
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on audit trails

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital media, advertising, or B2B tech environments
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics, Planful, Basware, or Pagero
• Experience with automated collection software
• Prior exposure to SOX compliance or structured internal control environments
