Credit Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage credit facility proposals in iCRD for new and existing facilities
• Populate facility and obligor data and attach supporting documentation for approval routing
• Manage credit data in Party Central, including family structures and coverage roles
• Ensure credit requests and queries are actioned accurately and timely according to policy
• Communicate facility availability to partners such as Treasury Management Officers and Sales Associates
• Execute data remediation projects and monitor quality reports to correct errors
• Interpret credit approval requirements and apply them consistently to daily activities

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in loan/product operations or a credit/lending environment
• Experience with credit systems such as iCRD, Party Central, ACBS, or Credit Navigator
• Understanding of commercial credit/loan products including revolving lines of credit and term loans
• Knowledge of financial exposure and ability to understand customer structures
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, virtual environment
