Credit Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct service-oriented telephone calls in a call center environment to understand customer financial requirements
• Perform risk assessments and manage spending limits for high-volume customers
• Proactively compile financial customer data and analyze spending behavior
• Balance customer requests with company risk guidelines to find win-win solutions
• Manage overdue balances and prepare credit approval requests

Requirements

• Professional experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Completed vocational training (commercial background preferred)
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Ability to learn technical and industry-specific knowledge quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior understanding of risk management principles and guidelines
• Experience interacting with high-net-worth or affluent customers
