Responsibilities

• Define and optimize credit strategies for new account approvals and risk controls
• Develop, refine, and monitor credit policies and customer segmentation
• Design pricing and credit limit frameworks to maximize risk-adjusted returns
• Build, own, and continuously improve credit risk models and decision thresholds
• Develop and monitor KPIs to maintain portfolio quality and profitability
• Develop data-driven collections strategies to reduce delinquencies
• Conduct manual reviews, document exceptions, and handle credit bureau disputes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consumer lending or credit risk in fintech environments
• Experience in underwriting, pricing, portfolio management, or collections
• Hands-on experience with credit risk models and credit bureau data
• Technical acumen in data analysis and KPI creation
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex data to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, credit cards, real estate, or home services
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy or regulated marketing environments
• Passion for credit cards, rewards, or homeownership-related products
