Responsibilities

• Define and refine credit strategies that align with evolving portfolio goals
• Discover insights from data using Python and SQL to address key business questions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and operations teams
• Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies and identify improvements
• Lead and develop a team of junior analysts

Requirements

• Proven experience in credit risk strategy, ideally within consumer lending
• Daily coding experience with proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions
• Experience leading and developing junior analysts
• Collaborative approach with a willingness to challenge assumptions
