Credit Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform credit risk analysis for corporate and energy industry partners and prepare limit recommendations
• Prepare and present complex credit risk proposals to decision-makers
• Continuously monitor and manage portfolio risks
• Develop and evaluate collateral solutions such as guarantees, credit insurance, and cash collateral
• Collaborate closely with business and support departments
• Provide professional support to junior colleagues
• Continuously develop credit risk processes, reports, and controls
• Initiate automation of reporting and analytical solutions using Power Query and Power BI
• Actively participate in digitalization and data-driven operational projects

Requirements

• Higher education degree in economics or finance
• At least 6-8 years of relevant credit risk or corporate finance experience
• Exceptional financial analysis skills and business mindset
• Confident English language proficiency
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI and/or Power Query is an advantage
• Proactive and development-oriented mindset
