Credit Risk Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build risk strategies to manage fraud and credit risk for the lending business
• Evaluate alternate data sources to solidify risk management
• Build and implement advanced risk models
• Communicate results and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders
• Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and continuously improve them

Requirements

• BTech/BE from Tier-I or Tier-II colleges
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Excel
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to balance technical needs with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with statistical modeling such as Decision Trees and XGBoost
