Credit Risk Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement new debt collection systems and processes
• Initiate internal, extrajudicial, and judicial debt recovery processes after payment deadlines
• Collaborate with external collection agencies and legal firms
• Monitor and analyze blocked orders and fuel cards due to payment delays or credit limit breaches
• Manage the approval process in accordance with internal regulations
• Prepare reports, analyses, and proposals for process improvements
• Work closely with sales representatives and manage assigned segments or subsidiaries

Requirements

• High school diploma in economics, finance, or administration (University degree preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Slovak and Hungarian (required)
• Communicative English skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and quick decision-making skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in finance, treasury, or debt collection
• Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce
