Credit Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update credit exposure, obligor, and facility data across core credit systems to ensure high levels of accuracy and data integrity
• Partner with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to process credit requests and resolve data or system discrepancies
• Review incoming credit applications for completeness, policy compliance, and timely system booking
• Monitor daily credit limits versus exposure, identify exceptions, and escalate issues in line with internal policies
• Support the maintenance of controls, documentation, and insurance records, ensuring timely tracking and renewals
• Identify trends or inconsistencies in processes and proactively recommend improvements
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring activities and ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in credit operations, risk, banking operations, or financial services
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate financial and credit data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data systems or reporting tools
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and accountability
• Availability to work on public holidays due to regional LATAM coverage requirements
