Responsibilities

• Monitor, forecast, and flag key indicators to ensure credit risk and portfolio are managed appropriately
• Lead projects or initiatives to ensure overall portfolio management and non-performing loan management
• Assess changes in business strategy and processes to determine impact on credit performance
• Partner with the Product team to assess risks of new initiatives and recommend mitigation actions
• Manage risk-related projects with internal teams and third parties
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to address credit risk issues
• Contribute to sustainable business growth targets

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in credit risk, portfolio management, or credit policy
• Strong quantitative skills for data assessment and trend analysis
• Proficiency in SQL for forecast analysis and risk performance
• Experience creating senior-level presentations and complex reports
• Understanding of risk scoring and credit risk
• General knowledge of product development such as underwriting systems
• Project management skills
• Python skills (preferred)
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
