About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
- Walk clients through the company's CRM and client portal
- Schedule client consultations and maintain regular follow-up communication
- Review and analyze client credit reports following established procedures
- Prepare dispute letters using approved templates and submit them via LetterStream
- Maintain accurate client information and dispute documentation within the CRM
- Provide professional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze client information and follow established procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior credit repair experience
- Familiarity with Client Dispute Manager or similar credit repair CRM
- Experience with client onboarding or account management
