Credit Policy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Handle and manipulate large databases
• Investigate, mine, correlate, and analyze information within databases
• Create and maintain management and exploratory reports
• Develop portfolio management KPIs
• Conduct studies to understand customer profiles
• Interact with partner teams such as Policy, Collections, and Growth to align strategies
• Propose analytical solutions to business problems and drive innovation in area routines

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• Knowledge of credit, risk management, and/or financial products
• Experience in policy or modeling areas within the financial sector
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Python
• High capacity to identify and propose applicable and secure solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit portfolio or portfolio management
• Knowledge of Accounting
• Solid knowledge of financial mathematics
• Intermediate English (reading and writing)
