About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze Credit Line/Credit Card transactions for potential fraudulent activity.
- Investigate and resolve reported fraud cases, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with customer service, product, engineering, and operations teams globally.
- Conduct regular fraud risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on fraud trends and prevention measures.
- Assist in training and educating team members on fraud detection and prevention.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit line/card fraud prevention or anti-fraud processes within the financial services industry.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) for professional and technical communication.
- Basic SQL knowledge, including the ability to write simple queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE).
- Completed technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using fraud detection software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of autonomy.
