About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full credit granting process and bill collection
- Apply hotel credit policy consistently
- Post deposits and prepayments accurately and on time
- Raise invoices and credit notes as needed
- Monitor incoming payments and secure revenue
- Conduct monthly credit meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of hotel, customer, and staff information
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Strong billing, invoicing, and collections skills
- Accuracy in payment posting and reconciliation
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
