Responsibilities

• Analyze balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow to evaluate financial health and debt capacity
• Conduct manual approvals for high-ticket corporate credit operations
• Evaluate guarantees, operation structures, and define approval conditions
• Interact with commercial areas to negotiate proposal adjustments and build feasible solutions
• Document decision rationales and maintain history of authorities and exceptions
• Calibrate and train analytical agents performing document pre-analysis and indicator extraction

Requirements

• Solid experience in corporate (PJ) credit analysis
• Mastery of financial statement analysis (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, liquidity, and debt indicators)
• Knowledge of guarantees, operation structuring, and corporate credit products
• Familiarity with corporate credit bureaus (Serasa, Boa Vista, etc.)
• Commercial and relational profile with technical rigor
• Ability to work under pressure with high volumes and challenging deadlines
• Critical vision to identify red flags and inconsistent narratives
• Experience with structured credit, trade finance, or special operations
• Knowledge of sector analysis and macroeconomic risks
• Experience with OCR tools or assisted decision platforms
• Certifications such as CPA-20, CEA, or CGA
