Credit Controller

Responsibilities

• Issue statements and invoices to clients following established guidelines and procedures
• Reconcile accounts and escalate unresolved disputes to the credit manager
• Follow up on timely payments and resolve customer queries to facilitate collections
• Manage a challenging workload while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Build customer relationships and assess financial strength to evaluate credit limits
• Assess credit exposure to support decision-making on new business opportunities

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in credit management
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA, FRM, or CFA
• Strong understanding of the overall credit environment and legal framework of the GCC market
• Proven ability to assess and evaluate financial statements
