About the role
Responsibilities
- Making and receiving calls from existing trade members to resolve payment issues
- Setting up direct debits, processing card payments, and agreeing on realistic payment terms
- Listening carefully, solving problems, and removing barriers to payment with empathy
- Keeping accurate records across systems like Zuora and Salesforce
- Supporting team goals while delivering top-class service
Requirements
- Confident, clear phone manner with negotiation skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Positive, proactive attitude and desire to help people
- Strong admin skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to process changes
- Ability to work well in a team with resilience
- Experience in credit control, customer service, or billing is a bonus
