Credit Control Agent

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving calls from existing trade members to resolve payment issues
• Setting up direct debits, processing card payments, and agreeing on realistic payment terms
• Listening carefully, solving problems, and removing barriers to payment with empathy
• Keeping accurate records across systems like Zuora and Salesforce
• Supporting team goals while delivering top-class service

Requirements

• Confident, clear phone manner with negotiation skills
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Positive, proactive attitude and desire to help people
• Strong admin skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to process changes
• Ability to work well in a team with resilience
• Experience in credit control, customer service, or billing is a bonus
