About the role
Responsibilities
- Adhere to department policies regarding credit and collections for assigned accounts
- Approve complex credit exposures according to established credit guidelines
- Authorize the release of customer orders
- Collect and reconcile Accounts Receivables promptly
- Prepare adjustments on customer accounts
- Prepare month-end problem account reports for Credit management
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners, peers, and managers to meet company goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in credit and collections managing a large portfolio of accounts
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- Financial Analyst skill set
- Strong Excel skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- International collections experience, including managing multiple exchange rates (CAD, USD, MXP)
- ERP experience, with SAP (Accounts Receivable module) preferred
