Credit & Collection Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage credit risk for an assigned customer portfolio in Latin America.
• Perform credit analysis by reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and market information to make informed decisions.
• Monitor credit exposure and proactively identify potential risks or deterioration in customer financial standing.
• Recommend adjustments to credit limits, account blocks, or risk mitigation measures.
• Utilize SAP and other credit management tools to monitor blocked orders and risk indicators.
• Support commercial initiatives, such as new customer onboarding and seasonal promotions, through structured credit solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Collections, Customer Service, and Finance teams to balance risk control with business growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures across Latin American markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Credit Analysis, Risk Management, or Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Solid knowledge of Latin American markets and regional credit practices.
• Proficiency with SAP credit management systems.
• Strong expertise in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel being indispensable.
• Experience working with multinational clients, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI.
