Credit Card Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the integral management of the credit card portfolio through operational, technological, and performance monitoring.
• Manage technological support and operational issues for the issuer side of the portfolio.
• Coordinate between Business, Technology, and Operations departments during project implementation and post-release operations.
• Administer the correct parameterization and configuration of products within the system.
• Analyze credit card behavior based on reporting to monitor key KPIs such as delivery, activation, usage, delinquency, and cancellation.
• Generate value propositions to improve or update customer services offered via the mobile application.
• Monitor critical processes including billing, authorizations, and interest collection.
• Manage and resolve operational, technological, and monetary incidents.
• Implement controls to prevent operational incidents and define mitigation plans.

Requirements

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience coordinating transversal projects between business, technology, and operations.
• Proven experience in credit card portfolio management or the operational management of financial products and payment methods.
• Strong skills in database management.
• Deep understanding of critical portfolio processes: delivery, activation, usage, billing, delinquency, and cancellation.
• Knowledge of operational controls and risk mitigation.
