About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily operation and management of the campaign HUB and customer experience to ensure functionality and updates.
  • Implement digital projects and developments focused on personalization and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Marketing, CX, and UI teams to execute projects and initiatives according to SLAs and contracts.
  • Prepare executive presentations regarding project results, progress, and strategic updates.
  • Manage request flows and prioritize projects based on operational processes and internal controls.
  • Plan the execution of new technological developments or integrations to drive user engagement and product dynamism.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Process Analysis, Customer Experience (CX), and Marketing.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create executive-level presentations.
  • Availability to travel as required.
