About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operation and management of the campaign and customer experience HUB to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Implement digital projects and developments focused on personalization and improving the customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal product teams to evolve new functionalities, landings, and tools that strengthen credit card rewards and benefits.
- Manage the flow of requests and project prioritization in accordance with operational processes and internal controls.
- Elaborate executive presentations regarding project progress, results, and KPIs for key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance indicators for digital channels and implemented initiatives to identify optimization and scalability opportunities.
- Ensure a consistent and efficient customer experience by promoting digital innovation and operational process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or commercial roles within financial institutions, preferably in credit card products.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, specifically credit cards.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI management.
- Understanding of banking operational processes and project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills.
