Credit Card Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the value proposition of Credit Card products
• Perform market analysis and comparisons to identify trends, best practices, and innovative solutions
• Monitor the Credit Card product lifecycle in coordination with relevant departments
• Provide operational support for loyalty programs, including vendor follow-up and incident management

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience within the financial sector
• Experience in payment methods (credit or debit cards), loyalty programs, or fintech
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• English language skills are desirable
