Credit and Leasing Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the company's risk appetite based on market analysis, segmentation, and target market characteristics
• Develop, implement, and monitor risk models, policies, and procedures to support credit areas and portfolio management
• Monitor and evaluate key risk factors, including operational, liquidity, market, and regulatory risks, through defined indicators
• Drive an organizational culture of risk management by training personnel and promoting risk-based decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Titulado) in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Administration
• Proven experience in financial institutions such as Banks, SOFOMES, or Sofipos
• Expertise in Financial, Credit, and Operational Risk management
• Strong skills in data analysis and financial mathematics
• Experience participating in Credit, Asset and Liability, or Financial/Operational Risk Committees
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management and analysis
• Specialized experience as a Manager or Specialist in Operational Risk or Credit Risk Management
