Credit and Collections Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the collection of accounts receivable
• Analyze client solvency and evaluate financial risks
• Implement and evolve credit rating models
• Supervise deposits, collections, and client refunds
• Manage credit limit requests and follow-ups
• Define, update, and enforce credit policies
• Improve processes and procedures related to accounts receivable management

Requirements

• DEC or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or administration
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar credit and collections role
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Proficiency in financial software and computer tools
• Functional or bilingual English (written and spoken) to interact with Ontario-based colleagues and partners
• Legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
